Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se soustředí na aktuální situaci v cestovním ruchu. Popisuje celkový vývoj turismu, momentální trendy i vliv pandemie Covidu-19. Konkrétněji je zaměřena na jeden z problémů dnešního cestovního ruchu, kterým je overturismus. Definuje jeho teoretická východiska, důvody vzniku, způsoby měření overturismu i možná řešení či omezení. Fungování zmíněných restrikcí je představeno v rámci případových studií o Benátkách a Českém Krumlově. Hlavním cílem práce je srovnání těchto dvou lokalit a popis zavedených opatření. Z případových studií vyplývají možnosti případné vzájemné inspirace destinací a další přínosné návrhy zmírnění overturismu.
This bachelor's thesis is focused on the current situation in tourism. It describes the evolution of tourism, contemporary trends and the Covid-19 pandemic's influence. Specifically, the thesis speaks about one of the main problems of today's tourism: overtourism. It defines its theoretical background, reasons for origins, possibilities to measure overtourism and potential solutions or limitations. The functionality of these restrictions is presented by case studies about Venice and Český Krumlov. The main goal of the thesis is a comparison of these two destinations and a description of the taken steps. Case studies show opportunities for mutual inspiration and other beneficial suggestions for overturism reduction.
