Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá kondiční přípravou v mládežnických kategoriích. Konkrétně kondiční přípravou dívek kategorie U11 v Jičíně. Tento tým je složen z dívek, jež se basketbalu věnují již delší dobu. Jsou v něm i hráčky, které s basketem začaly až v červnu letošního roku. V závěru práce je uveden zřetelný rozdíl v kondici jednotlivých hráček.V teoretické části se věnuji nejdříve historii basketbalu, poté samotnému basketbalovému tréninku a dále především složkám sportovního tréninku, které jsou pro kondiční přípravu velmi důležité v každém sportu.V druhé části se věnuji kondiční přípravě před soutěžní sezónou, kterou jsem ověřila pomocí kondičního programu. Tento program se skládá z deseti kondičních basketbalových testů. Hráčky byly testovány na prvním tréninku letní přípravy, abychom zjistili, na jaké úrovni se nachází jejich kondice. Hráčky byly dále otestovány po konci kondiční přípravy. V závěru práce jsem shrnula všechny výsledky testů před přípravou i po přípravě.
The topic of this bachelor thesis is the basketball fitness training in junior categories, particularly in the category U11 in Jičín. This team is made up by girls who dedicate their time to basketball since a longer period of time, as well as girls, who only started playing a couple of months ago. In the conclusion of this thesis is an obvious difference in fitness level between those two types of players to be seen. In the theory part of the thesis I describe the history of this ball game, afterwards the basketball training itself and then the components of a sport training, which are fundamental for fitness training in every sport. In the second part of this thesis I talk about the fitness training before the main season, which I was able to measure with the help of a fitness program. This program contains 10 fitness basketball tests. The players were tested on the first day of the summer training camp to determine their level of fitness and individual locomotive skills. They were then tested at the end of the camp as well. In the conclusion I have summed up all the gained results.
