Abstract
Bakalářská práce je věnována teoretickému vymezení a sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro založení autoškoly. Práce se zaměřuje zejména vypracování plánu pro konkrétní podnik, v tomto případě autoškolu, ale teoretická část představuje celý proces založení podniku v jednotlivých krocích a ten lze použít při tvorbě libovolného podnikatelského plánu. Pro účel založení nového podniku bylo analyzováno tržní prostředí, naplánovány jednotlivé úkony pro založení podniku a sestaven finanční plán, který z hlediska finanční stránky podnikatelský záměr vyhodnotil jako reálný. V teoretické části bylo kromě vymezení jednotlivých složek podnikatelského plánu popsáno i rozhodování ohledně právní formy podnikání, účelu podnikatelského plánu a jeho využití v rámci podnikání.
This bachelor thesis is dedicated to theoretical definition and creating a business plan for a driving school. This thesis focuses on particular business plan, in this case it is for driving school. Moreover, theoretical part describes whole proces of business estabilishing step by step and this description is applicable in every single business plan´s creating. In order to set up a new enterprise, the market analysis was prepared and particular steps for business launching were planned. Furthermore, the calculated financial plan proved the business plan real. In addition, the theoretical part describes the decision-making process in selecting the appropriate legal form of the business as well as the purpose of business plan and its application in conducting the business enterprise.
