dc.description.abstract	V bakalářské práci se zabývám námořními výpravami Seveřanů od 9. do 11. století. Popisuji zde hlavní příčiny těchto výprav, jakými směry byly vedeny a dále pak veškeré přípravy, od stavby lodí, shánění posádky a vybavení, až po samotné vyplutí. Zmiňuji také komplikace, které je na otevřeném moři mohly potkat a ohrozit jejich životy. V neposlední řadě popisuji jejich plavbu po řekách na nepřátelském území. V didaktické části plánuji výlet do dánského muzea, které je zaměřeno na severskou mořeplavbu a jsou zde repliky lodí.	cs
dc.description.abstract	My bachelor thesis deals with the maritime expeditions of the Norsemen from the 9th to the 11th century. I describe the main reasons for these expeditions and the directions they took. Then I look at all the preparations, from building the ships, gathering the crew and equipment, to the actual sailing. I also mention the complications that may have befallen them on the open sea and endangered their lives. Last but not least, I describe their navigation of rivers in enemy territory. In the didactic part, I plan a trip to the Danish museum, which focuses on Nordic seafaring and has many replicas of ships.	en
