Abstract
Hráči ve všech zápasech překročili denní doporučení pohybové aktivity stanovené WHO. Senzory Polar team pro jsou vhodnější
pro analýzu výkonu než ActiGraph.
The aim of the work is to measure the intensity of physical activity in the U12 and U14 categories in the FK Velké Hamry 1911 football club. 14 boys participated in the measurement. The measurement was carried out using the Actigraph GT9X Link, and Polar team pro sensors. The measured values show that the heart rate zones measured by Polar do not correspond to the zones of physical activity measured by Actigraph. It also follows that the highest values were achieved by the players in match no. 2 and the lowest values of all players were achieved by the goalkeepers. The data show that the players move mostly in medium to high intensities during the match, while in low intensity zones only minimally. The players exceeded the daily recommendations for physical activity set by WHO in all matches. Polar team pro sensors are more suitable for performance analysis than ActiGraph.
