Abstract
Bakalářská práce vymezuje společenskou potřebnost pedagogického povolání areálného socioekonomického postavení učitele ve společnosti. Nejprve konstatuje fe-minizaci školství a její dopad na odměňování pedagogů, poté analyzuje genderové struktury různých stupňů vzdělání a jejich dopad na prestiž učitelského statusu.
