Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá mapováním obsahu práce sociálních pracovníků ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení. Cílem této práce je zjistit obsah práce pracovníků oddělení sociálních služeb ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Práce je koncipována jako teoretický úvod do problematiky sociální práce ve zdravotnictví, specifik sociální práce ve zdravotnictví a specifických nároků na pracovníka oddělení sociálních služeb ve zdravotnickém zařízení a na metody sociální práce, které využívá. V teoretické části je dále popsán chod oddělení následné péče a zároveň i metody sociální práce využívané na tomto oddělení. Praktická část bakalářské práce prezentuje výzkum, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, reálný obsah práce pracovníka oddělení sociálních služeb ve zdravotnictví. Výzkum byl realizován pomocí metod rozhovoru, časového snímku a sekundární analýzy dokumentů. Respondenty výzkumu byli pracovníci oddělení sociálních služeb z konkrétního zdravotnického zařízení. Hlavním zjištěním bakalářské práce je informace o tom, že obsah práce dotazovaných pracovníků je nejčastěji vyplněn úkony spojenými se sociálním poradenstvím, administrací, telefonickou komunikací a zajišťováním dimisí pacientů zdravotnického zařízení.
This bachelor thesis describes everyday activities of social workers in one particular medical facility. The goal of the text is to describe the content of the work of the professionals on the social department of the facility. The first part of the texts focuses on the theoretical basis of social work in medical system its special features and demands. Text also describes social work methods suitable for this sphere. One chapter describes aftercare department and methods of social work used there. Empirical part of the thesis describes the research targeted on the real content of the social workers´ work. The research was held in the regime of interview, time snap and secondary document analysis. The respondents of the research were professionals working as social workers in one hospital. The findings show that the social workers in this hospital work mainly as counsellors - they offer social counselling. They also work on administration, telephone communication and the process when patients leave the hospital.
