dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá transportem kombinovaného přestupu tepla a vlhkosti v textiliích. V rešeršní části je definován fyziologický komfort oděvu a následně jsou objasněny vlastnosti vlhkostní a tepelně izolační. V diplomové práci jsou popsány způsoby měření těchto vlastností z hlediska fyziologického komfortu.V experimentální části diplomové práce jsou popsány měření tepelně izolačních a vlhkostních vlastností na komerčně prodávaných ponožkách. Experimentální část se skládá ze subjektivního hodnocení a objektivního měření. Subjektivním hodnocení fyziologického komfortu ponožek byli podrobeni probandi fyzické zátěži. Objektivní měření bylo prováděno dle standardizovaných metod pomocí přístrojů Moisture Management Tester, který měří vlhkostní parametry, a C-Therm TCi analyzátoru, čímž byly měřeny tepelně izolační vlastnosti.V závěru každého experimentu jsou naměřená data vyhodnoceny. Diplomová práce je obohacena o souhrnné vyhodnocení a optimalizaci.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The aim of the thesis is elucidated transport of combined heat and moisture transfer in textiles. Introduction clarifies physiological comfort of cloth and then the properties of humidity and heat insulation. The thesis describes methods for measuring these characteristics in terms of physiological comfort.There is described the measurement of thermal insulation properties and moisture properties on commercially sold socks in the experimental part of the thesis. There are subjective evaluation and objective measurements in an experimental section. Subjective evaluation of the physiological comfort of socks probands were subjected to physical stress. Objective measurements were performed according to standardized methods using Moisture Management tester for measuring the humidity parameters, and C-Therm TCI analyzer for measuring thermal insulation properties.There are evaluated measurement data at the end of each experiment. The thesis is enriched with summary evaluation and optimization.	en
