Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou dopadů pandemie COVID-19 na přeshraniční spolupráci v Euroregionu Neisse-Nisa-Nysa. Práce je rozdělena do sedmi tematických okruhů, jež na sebe navazují. Po úvodní části a metodách a cíli analýzy je uveden teoretický kontext zabývající se přeshraniční spoluprací a s ní spojenými pojmy a procesy. Následně jsou v teoretické části představeny euroregiony, kde je bližší pohled věnován konkrétnímu euroregionu - Euroregionu Neisse-Nisa-Nysa. Navazující kapitoly jsou pak zaměřeny na obecné vymezení pandemie COVID-19. Na teoretická východiska navazuje výzkum zkoumající dopady koronavirové krize a zejména souvisejícího uzavření státních hranic na přeshraniční spolupráci v ERN. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s aktéry přeshraniční spolupráce je v bakalářské práci analyzováno, jaké byly dopady pandemie onemocnění COVID-19 na spolupráci v oblastech administrativně-právní roviny, cestovního ruchu, dopravy, kultury a vzdělávání, všedního života obyvatel, zdravotnictví a především pak na skupinu pendlerů, pro které je překračování hranice každodenní záležitostí.
The bachelor thesis deals with an analysis of impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on cross-border cooperation in Euroregion Neisse-Nisa-Nysa. The thesis is divided into seven consecutive thematic areas. After the introductory part and research goals and methods, is given the theoretical context dealing with cross-border cooperation and related concepts and processes. Subsequently, in the theoretical part are introduced euroregions, where a closer look is devoted to a specific euroregion - Euroregion Neisse-Nisa-Nysa. The following chapters are focused on general definition of COVID-19 pandemic. The theoretical basis is followed by research examining the impacts of the coronavirus crisis, and in particular the related closure of state borders, on cross-border cooperation in ERN. Through questionnary survey and semi-structured interviews with actors of cross-border cooperation is in the bachelor thesis analysed, what were the impacts of the pandemic COVID-19 on cooperation in the fields of administrative-legal level, tourism, transport, culture and education, every day life of the inhabitants, healthcare of cross-border workers for whom is a crossing border a daily matter.
