Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou psychické zátěže táborových vedoucích v souvislosti s jejich rolí v realizačním týmu. Literárně přehledová část popisuje historii, legislativu a fungování letních dětských táborů v České republice. Dále seznamuje s jednotlivými týmovými rolemi a objasňuje termíny psychická zátěž, stres, stresor, copingová strategie, syndrom vyhoření. Závěr přehledové části je věnován nejčastějším zdrojům zátěže pedagogických a dobrovolných výchovných pracovníků, mezi které se řadí právě i táboroví vedoucí. Empirickou část tvoří metodologie výzkumu, přehled a vyhodnocení dat, získaných buď prostřednictvím dotazníku v případě kvantitativního výzkumného souboru, nebo interview a koláče radosti u kvalitativního výzkumného vzorku. Závěr diplomové práce shrnuje zjištěné poznatky a vyhodnocuje existenci souvislosti mezi prožíváním psychické zátěže a rolí v realizačním týmu tábora, a zda typ tábora ovlivňuje psychickou zátěž táborových vedoucích.
Diploma thesis deals with psychological burden of summer camp leaders in relation to their role in the implementation team. The literature review part describes history, legislation and functioning of children's summer camps in the Czech Republic. It also introduces the individual team roles and explains the terms psychological burden, stress, stressor, coping strategy, burnout syndrome. The final part of review is devoted to the most common sources of psychological burden for pedagogical and volunteer workers, including camp leaders. The empirical part consist of the research methodology, review and evaluation of the data collected either through a questionnaire, in the case of quantitative research sample, or through interviews and pie of joy in the case of qualitative research sample. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes findings and evaluates the existence of a link between experience of psychological burden and the role in the camp implementation team, and whether the type of camp infuences the psychological burden of the camp leaders.
