dc.description.abstractBankovnictví a pojišťovnictví jsou nejvýznamnější finanční odvětví. Jedná se o specifická odvětví tvořící páteř ekonomiky, která se vzájemně prolínají. Tyto finanční instituce pozitivně reagují na stále rostoucí požadavky svých klientů, jak v oblasti vyšší komplexnosti služeb, tak i v nových formách komunikace a poskytování většího komfortu. Snaží se docílit úspory času, nákladů a především konkurenčních výhod. Výsledkem spolupráce těchto institucí je moderní finanční služba, bankopojištění, která dokáže komplexně ošetřit finanční a pojistné potřeby nejen klienta banky. Na českém trhu se objevilo na počátku 90. let a neustále se vyvíjí dle aktuálních potřeb klientů. Ve své diplomové práci popisuji vývoj a procesy vedoucí ke vzniku bankopojištění. Představuji úroveň a kvalitu bankopojištění našich 3 nejvýznamnějších bank - ČSOB, České spořitelny a Komerční banky. Zároveň se snažím predikovat vývojové tendence.cs
dc.description.abstractThe Banking and Insurance services belong among the most significant financial branches. These are the specific branches, which create an economy backbone and they blend together. These financial institutions positively respond to their clients{\crq} ever growing demands, both in higher service complexities and in new forms of communication and in providing higher comfort. They try to reach not only time and cost saving but mainly the competitive advantages. The result of the cooperation is a modern financial product, the Bank Assurance. It can complexly satisfy not only the bank client´s financial and insurance needs, but the insurance company client´s needs as well. It firstly appeared in the Czech Republic at the beginning of the 90s and it has constantly been innovated to meet the clients{\crq} needs. In my Diploma Theses I am describing the development and processes leading to the creation of Bank Assurance. I am presenting the level and the quality of the Bank Assurance of our three most significant banks - ČSOB, Česká spořitelna and Komerční banka. Herewith, I am trying to predict the development tendencies.en
