dc.description.abstractTato práce pojednává o současné údržbě v systému managementu organizace. Ukazuje, jak je důležitá spolupráce údržby s managementem organizace. V teoretické části se bude zabývat dosavadními typy údržby, managementem organizace, údržby a integrovaným managementem. V neposlední řadě se zaměří na vztah údržby podniku s bezpečností a ochranou zdraví při práci. Praktická část této bakalářské práce je zaměřena na průzkumu několika organizací, tak aby šla utvořit představa, jaký je současný systém managementu v organizacích a údržbě z pohledu procesního přístupu. Proto byla stanovena hodnotící kritéria údržby vycházející z procesního přístupu. Na závěr jsou stanovena potřebná doporučení a vylepšení pro vybranou organizací. Doporučení spočívají ve změně organizační struktury, systému BOZP pomocí zavedení normy OHSAS 18001 a vytvoření samostatného skladu údržby se systémem evidence náhradních dílů.cs
dc.description.abstractThis paper discusses the current management system in the maintenance organisation. It shows how important cooperation with the maintenance management organisation. The theoretical part will deal with the existing types of maintenance, management organisation, maintenance, and integrated management. Finally, it focuses on relationship if maintenance company with safety and health at work. The practical part of this bachelor thesis is focused on the exploration of several organisations, so that went to form the idea of what the current system management and maintenance organisations in terms of process approach. Therefore, the maintenance of established evaluation criteria based on the process approach. In conclusion, recommendations are provided and required improvements for the selected organisations. Recommendations involving a change of organisational structure, through the introduction of BOZP standard OHSAS 18001, and a separate storage system maintenance records of spare parts.en
