dc.description.abstractThe objective of the thesis is the economic appraisal of the investment project in the chosen company. Two investment possibilities of the realization of the investment project was selected for the evaluation. The thesis is divided into six parts. The first four parts are concerned with the theoretical base of the investment decision and the long-term financing of investment projects, next two parts are concerned with the introduction of the company, its investment intention and with the evaluation of the investment possibilities. This appraisal results from the theoretical knowledge mentioned in the previos parts and the chosen methods of the evaluation of the economic effectiveness of investment projects are used. Based on the acquired results both investment possibilities are compared and it is decided, which investment possibility is better for the company from the economic perspective.en
dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce je ekonomické posouzení investičního projektu ve vybrané společnosti. Pro hodnocení byly zvoleny dvě investiční varianty realizace daného investičního projektu.. Práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol. První čtyři kapitoly jsou věnovány teoretickým východiskům investičního rozhodování a dlouhodobého financování investičních projektů, další dvě kapitoly se zabývají představením společnosti, jejího investičního záměru a samotným hodnocením daných investičních variant. Toto hodnocení vychází z teoretických poznatků z předcházejících kapitol a jsou k němu použity vybrané metody hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investičních projektů. Na základě získaných výsledků jsou obě investiční varianty porovnány a je rozhodnuto, která investiční varianta je pro společnost z ekonomického pohledu výhodnější.cs
