Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na studium antimykotických účinků vybraných přírodních látek. Cílem práce bylo získat dva vzorky extraktů z devíti druhů rostlin, které byly následně podrobeny antimykotickému testování a vyhodnoceny dle antimykotické aktivity. Teoretická část je věnována rešerši, která se zabývá mykotickými onemocněními včetně jejich původců. V práci jsou dále popsány hlavní skupiny léčiv a přírodní antifungální látky. Závěr teoretické části je věnován charakteristice vybraných druhů rostlin a nejnovějším vědeckým článkům obsahující studie antimykotických aktivit v rostlinách. Experimentální část je zaměřena na přípravu extraktů v destilované vodě, v ethanolu pomocí Soxhletova extraktoru a na laboratorní testy. Je zde popsán proces přípravy kultivačního média, kultivace organismů, přípravy suspenze s kvasinkou a plísní a postup následného očkování na agary. V závěru experimentální části jsou vyhodnoceny účinky rostlinných extraktů proti druhu plísně Apergillus niger a druhu kvasinky Candida albicans.
This bachelor thesis is focused on the study of antimycotic effects of selected natural sub-stances. The aim of this study was to obtain two samples of extracts from nine different kinds of plants that were subsequently tested by means of antimycotic testing and evaluated according to their antimycotic activity. The theoretical part deals with the fungal diseases, including their causative agents. The bachelor thesis further describes the main groups of drugs and natural antifungal agents. The final part of the theoretical part is dedicated to the characteristics of chosen kinds of plants. The experimental part is focused on the preparati-on of extracts in a distilled water, in ethanol using Soxhlet extraction and also on laboratory tests. The process of preparation of a culturing medium, cultivation of organisms, prepara-tion of a suspense with yeast cell and fungus and a process of the following vaccination on agar are described there. In the end the effects of vegetable extracts against the kind of fun-gus Apergillus niger and the kind of yeast cell Candida albicans are evaluated.
