Abstract
Předložená diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, kdy teoretická část se zabývá vysvětlením pojmů jako podnikový proces, Change management či projektový managment. Je poukazováno na důležitost využívání těchto metod pro dosažení vytyčených cílů. V úvodní části je také představena společnost, jež se implementace procesů týkala. Její vize mise a hodnoty, které vedly společnost ke změně informačního systému. V první části je zároveň popsán i původní informační systém. Praktická část diplomové práce se zabývá nejen způsobem implementace informačního systému SAP, ale i zaplánováním a provedením následné kontroly nastavených procesů spolu s průzkumem spokojenosti uživatelů s tímto systémem. Z výsledků průzkumu vyšlo doporučení na opakující a navazující školení konečných uživatelů, které bylo rozvrženo a provedeno v co nejkratším časovém rámci.
The presented thesis is divided into two parts, where the theoretical part deals with the explanation of terms such as Business process, Change management or Project management. It's pointed out the importance of using of these methods for achieving the set goals. In the introductory part, is as well introduced the company where was the system implemented, including vision, mission, and values, led the company to the change of the information system. In this part is described as well previous information system. The practical part of the thesis deals not only with the implementation of the SAP, but as well scheduling and processing of subsequent control of the set processes together with survey of user satisfaction with thesis system. The results of the survey resulted in a recommendation for repetitive and follow-up trainings of end users, which was planned and carried out in the shortest period frame.
