Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá konkurenceschopností hromadných ubytovacích zařízení na území jednoho regionu - Liberecký kraj. Jejím hlavním cílem je posouzení konkurenceschopnosti segmentu HUZ v Libereckém kraji v souvislosti s pandemií v letech 2020-2021. Dílčí cíl závěrečné práce je analýza poskytovaných dotací HUZ, dopadu vládních opatření a zhodnocení celkové situace HUZ v Libereckém regionu. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na objasnění základních pojmů jako je konkurenceschopnost, konkurenční výhoda, regionální konkurence, inovační analýza a poté rozdělení regionů ČR. Na teoretickou část navazuje praktická část, která se zabývá podrobným rozborem návštěvnosti HUZ v Libereckém regionu za několik čtvrtletí v průběhu let 2019-2020, analýzou dopadů světové pandemie COVID-19, restriktivními opatřeními ovlivňujícími cestovní ruch v ČR a poskytování dotací pro dotační titul COVID-19-HUZ.
The bachelor's thesis deals with the competitiveness of collective accommodation establishments in the territory of one region - the Liberec region. The aim of the Bachelor the is to assess the competitiveness of the collective accommodation establishments segment in the Liberec Region in connection with the pandemic in 2020-2021. The partial goal of the final work is the analysis of the provided subsidies, the impact of government measures and the evaluation of the overall situation of collective accommodation establishments in the Liberec region. The theoretical part focuses on clarifying the basic concepts such as competitiveness, competitive advantage, regional competition and innovation analysis and then the division of the regions of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part, which deals with a detailed analysis of collective accommodation establishments attendance in the Liberec region in several quarters during 2019-2020, analysis of the impacts of the world pandemic COVID-19, restrictive measures affecting tourism in the Czech Republic and providing subsidies for COVID-19-HUZ.
