Abstract
Předmětem diplomové práce Analýza a zhodnocení investičního projektu ve firmě je analýza a zhodnocení efektivity již zrealizované investice do strojního zařízení. Cílem této diplomové práce je zpracovat analýzu investičního projektu, její porovnání s aktuálními ekonomickými výstupy a následné zhodnocení, zda investiční akce byla či nebyla efektivní. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na zpracování rešerší odborné literatury týkající se investic, investičních pobídek a metod hodnocení investičních projektů. V praktické části je představena společnost, která investiční záměr již realizovala, samotný investiční projekt a s ním související investiční pobídky. Dále je provedeno hodnocení vybrané investice, výsledky tohoto hodnocení jsou porovnány s plánovanými výstupy a je zpracována citlivostní analýza. Závěr práce obsahuje vlastní zhodnocení a rozhodnutí o míře efektivnosti investice.
The subject of the diploma thesis Analysis and evaluation of the investment project in the company is the analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of an already executed investment in engineering machinery. The aim of this thesis is to carry out an analysis of the investment project, its comparison with the current economic outputs and subsequent evaluation of whether the investment action was or was not effective. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on literary search related to investments, investment incentives and methods for evaluation of investment projects. Practical part of the thesis presents the company, which have already implemented the investment project, the actual investment project and investment incentives related to the investment project. Next parts contain the evaluation of selected investments, while the results of this evaluation are compared to planned outputs and a sensitivity analysis is processed. The conclusion includes a decision about the level of investment effectiveness and my own evaluation of the investment project.
