dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá problematikou rizik, risk managementu a pojišťovnictví jako takového. Konkrétně je tato práce zaměřena na pojistnou ochranu vozového parku zemědělské společnosti. Celá teoretická část je směřována na pojištění týkající se vozidel. Čtenář se nejdříve dozví, co znamená pojem riziko a risk management, jaké jsou typy rizik a dále jaká opatření lze přijmout pro eliminaci těchto rizik nebo ochranu proti nim. Další část je potom zaměřena na typy pojištění a směřuje k pojištění vozidel. V praktické části je představen podnik, na jehož optimalizaci pojistné ochrany vozového parku je tato práce zaměřena. Dále je v práci uvedena současná pojistná ochrana subjektu, včetně kompletní nabídky pojišťovny, která poskytuje současnou pojistnou ochranu. V další části této práce jsou stanovena kritéria důležitá při výběru pojistné ochrany. Dále je v práci popsána nabídka pojistné ochrany několika vybraných pojistných institucí včetně nabídky kalkulace přímo pro vybraný podnik. V poslední části práce je sestaven hodnotící model pro vybraná kritéria z pohledu majitelů a další s ohledem na zásady pojišťovnictví. Nakonec je vybrána nejoptimálnější pojistná ochrana vozového parku pro vybraný podnik podle preferencí majitelů, a také podle preferencí vycházejících ze zásad pojišťovnictví.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis is focused on the problematics of risks, risk management and insurance as such. Specifically, this thesis is focused on insurance protection of vehicle park of agricultural company. The whole theoretical part of the thesis is focused on insurance concerning vehicles. At first reader learns what the concept of risk means, what types of risks exist and what measures can be taken to avoid or be protected from those risks. Next part is focused on insurance types pointing towards insurance of the vehicles. Practical part of the thesis starts with introduction of the chosen company, on which vehicle park insurance protection is the thesis focused. Thesis continues by describing current insurance protection of the company, with complete market offering of insurance company which provides the current insurance protection. In the next part of the thesis are described criteria important for choosing insurance protection. Next part of the thesis includes description of market offerings including insurance calculation of other insurance companies chosen for this thesis. The last part of the thesis includes evaluating model of the chosen criteria compiled by owners of the company and other one compiled with respect to the principles of insurance. Finally, the best given offer of insurance protection of the vehicle park of the company is chosen by the priorities of the owners of the company and other one by the priorities according to principles of insurance.en
