Abstract
Influence of multiplied twisting process on ply yarn properties. Parameters of main ply yarns properties (stress-strain parameters, tensile strength, elongation, parameters and characteristically functions of mass irregularity). In textile, yarns have different properties that depend on the fibre used. With the structure of the yarn depending on the number of fibres in the cross section, fibre disposition and twist. The aim of these study is to investigate or research on technology two for one twisting frame and theoretical relations between main properties of twisted and single yarn. Further to realize measurement of parameters of main ply yarn properties (stress-strain parameters, tensile strength, elongation, parameters and characteristically functions of mass irregularity) in dependence on sort of ply yarns (two, three, four ply yarns) on the ply twist. Realization of mathematical statistical evaluation and determining optimum levels of parameters of experimental yarns prepared by means of double twisting technology. Yarns that were used in these research was 100 % cotton. Mass irregularity of yarn were analyzed using uster tester four according to ISO 16549:2004, capacitance method and standard CSN 800706 . While elongation and tenacity were investigated using Instron machine according to CSN 800700 standard.
