| dc.description.abstract | This bachellor thesis presents the healthcare material distribution flow and the warehousing system in the County Hospital, Liberec. It aims to describe how it is possible to restructure processes related to the distribution of reserves to the individual departments in the County Hospital, Liberec. This could be achieved by using an apropriate analysis of the current condition of departments involved in distribution and warehousing, combined with an analysis of communication system with healthcare departments that are offtakers of the required material. Further my project shows the reserve models used for selecting appropriate warehousing systems for companies using enterprise warehouses. Selection of an appropriate warehousing system is important because of high costs of each store operation and volume of assets stored inside. It should be combined with the selection of storage rules and clear accountability for infringement upon the procedures. I will try to apply the reserve models and storage rules to a healthcare institution. The County Hospital Liberec uses already some rules and restrictions which force warehousing system to adhere to the constant secure reserves of the healthcare material. The principal aim of my project is to show whether it is useful to undertake an in-depth analysis of each segment and quantify the possible savings achieved through a change of method of warehousing system. At the same time I would like to present necessary needs of departments involved in storage and distribution in the County Hospital in Liberec. These may help employees to manipulate with materials and their distribution to the relevant healthcare departments in the County Hospital in Liberec. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá materiálovým tokem a skladovým hospodářstvím v areálu Krajské nemocnice Liberec. Má ukázat jakým způsobem lze restrukturalizovat procesy, které úzce souvisí s distribucí zásob na jednotlivá oddělení KNL. Toho lze docílit vhodnou analýzou současného stavu oddělení spojených s distribucí a skladováním. Současně pak analýzou systému komunikace se zdravotnickými odděleními, které jsou odběrateli potřebného materiálu. Dále práce představuje modely zásob používané pro určení vhodného skladového hospodářství podniků, využívajících podnikové sklady. Vhodné skladové hospodářství je nutné volit z důvodu vysokých nákladů na provoz každého skladu a množství aktiv v něm uložených. Součástí by mělo být určení pravidel skladování a stanovení jasných odpovědností za nedodržení žádaných postupů. Modely zásob a pravidla skladování se v práci pokusím aplikovat na zdravotnické zařízení. Krajská nemocnice Liberec má už svým předurčením dána určitá pravidla a omezení, která nutí skladové hospodářství upravit do podoby neustálé pojistné zásoby zdravotnického materiálu. Hlavním cílem této práce je ukázat zda by bylo dobré provést hloubkové analýzy jednotlivých úseků a naznačit objem prostředků uspořených při změně metody skladového hospodářství. Zároveň ukázat nezbytné potřeby oddělení, zabývajících se skladováním a distribucí v KNL, které by napomohly řadovým zaměstnancům při manipulaci s materiálem a jejich vlastní distribucí na zdravotnická oddělení v Krajské nemocnici Liberec. | cs |
