Abstract
Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout sérii oděvů, které by mohly být použity jako kostýmy v nastudování Zemlinského opery Křídový kruh. Rešeršní část se zaměřuje na historický a kulturní kontext Čínské dynastie Jüan, ve které vznikl příběh, který operu inspiroval. Dále je zde představen samotný příběh a různé jeho verze. V neposlední ředě se rešeršní část zabývá operním kostýmem, jeho významem ve svém žánru, jeho historií a propojením s módou. Realizační část se věnuje výtvarnému zpracování inspiračních zdrojů do návrhů jednotlivých oděvů a následnému procesu jejich realizace. Použitou technologií je autorský přímý tisk. Výstupem je série tří oděvů, dvou ženských a jednoho mužského.
The aim of this Bachelor´s thesis is to design a series of garments that could be used as costumes in a production of Zemlinsky´s opera the Chalk circle. The research part focuses on the historical and cultural context of the chinese Yuan Dynasty in which originates the story that inspired the opera. Next the story itself is introduced along with its different versions. Last but not least the research part touches on opera costume, its ssignificance in its genre, its history and connection to fashion. The realisation part revolves around the artistic execution of inspirational ressources into the designs of individual clothes and the consecutive process of their realisation. The technology that was chosen is the direct on fabric printing using author´s prints. The output is a series of three outfits, two for women and one for men.
