Abstract
Praktická část zjišťovala pomocí dotazníku vlastní konstrukce procentuální zastoupení uživatelů drog a jiných v návykových látek ve vzorku 100 respondentů, kteří onemocněli duševním onemocněním.

The first one was the theoretical one dealing with the concrete description of individual drug, including the period of when the drugs were developed or started to use. Drugs impact on person in case of somatic and mental aspect. Also it was about the introduction of medical department specialized in problems of mental derangements psychiatry. The practical part was searching the percentage of drugs and other addictive substances. The customized questionnaire was used to find these information from a hundred of those sick respondents. The aim was to confirm the existence of this population. Also, for better understanding there were created two casuistries as well as the record of an interview with psychiatrist Katerina Tausova. The biggest benefit of this research was finding that this is not a problem of single cases but an alarming part of population. In case of a prevention it would be good to call attention to this matter.
