dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití chitosanu ve tkaných strukturách určených pro biome-dicínské aplikace. Práce je členěna na rešeršní a experimentální část. V rešeršní části jsou shrnu-ty základní informace, výskyt, formy a textilní aplikace chitosanu, dále využití tkaných struktur v biomedicíně a jejich propojení s již používanými textilními aplikacemi chitosanu. Druhá část rešeršní částí je věnována základním parametrům plošné geometrie tkaniny definující konstrukci tkaniny ve vztahu k její aplikaci. Experimentální část je věnována tvorbě tří sad experimentálních vzorků tkanin, z nichž jedna byla podrobena testům v praní. U vzorků byla testována bakteriální inhibice vůči bakteriím sku-piny G+ a G- pomocí kvalitativní a kvantitativní metody.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor thesis focuses on the use of chitosan in woven structures intended for biomedical applications. The work is divided into a research and experimental part. The research part sum-marizes basic information, occurrence, forms and textile applications of chitosan and the use of woven structures in biomedicine and their connection with already used textile applications of chitosan. The second part of the research section is dedicated to the basic parameters of the sur-face geometry of the fabric defining the construction of the fabric in relation to its application. The experimental part is devoted to the creation of three sets of experimental woven fabric samples, one of which was subjected to washing tests. The samples were tested for bacterial inhibition against G+ and G- group bacteria using a qualitative and quantitative method.en
