dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vyhodnocení inovačního procesu ve firmě Aries, a. s. Teoretická část se zabývá nezbytnými pojmy k pochopení této problematiky, ke kterým patří především základní vymezení inovací, inovačního podnikání, inovačního potenciálu a malého a středního podnikání. Je zde také popsán inovační proces, jeho fáze a bariéry. V další části autorka představuje společnost Aries, a. s. a pomocí dotazníku hodnotí inovační potenciál. Na základě odhalených nedostatků inovačních aktivit navrhuje kroky, které by mohly vést ke zlepšení situace firmy Aries, a. s. v oblasti inovací. V diplomové práci je analyzován inovační proces ve vybrané firmě a stanoveny bariéry, které ve společnosti brání dalšímu pokroku v oblasti inovačních aktivit. Přínos této diplomové práce spočívá ve vypracování návrhu a vyhodnocení nových inovačních aktivit, které jsou rozpracovány do finančního a prodejního plánu.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the innovation process in the company Aries, a.s. The theoretical part deals with the concepts necessary for the understanding of these issues, including especially the basic definition of innovation, innovative entrepreneurship and innovation potential of small and medium enterprises. It also describes the innovative process, its stages and barriers. In the next part, the author presents the company Aries, a.s. and evaluates the innovation potential by using a questionnaire survey. On the basis of the detected weaknesses at innovative activities suggests steps that could lead to the improvement of the situation of the company Aries at the innovation sphere. The thesis analyzed the innovation process in selected company and revealed barriers preventing the company from further progress in innovative activities. The asset of this thesis lies in the drafting and evaluation of new and innovative activities that are developed in the financial and sales plan.	en
