dc.description.abstractExpansion of Skoda Auto a.s. on the eastern markets brings with it the need for implementation of information systems in foreign factories. Effective implementation is the key challenge for managers of information systems with regard to the requirements of the lowest possible cost, speed of implementation and smooth functioning of the information system. In this thesis the author provides a theoretical insight into the effective implementation of an information system with regard to the specifics of the country. There will be shortly presented the company Skoda Auto a.s., information system SQS and it´s role in the field of quality management. The author examines the practical implementation into the factories in Ukraine and Russia and analyzes how users use the system. In the last part of the thesis, the author presents his proposals for the optimization of the information system, based on the author's own experiences in the factories and in consultation with the managers of the Skoda Auto a.s..en
dc.description.abstractRozšiřováni závodu Škoda Auto a.s. na východní trhy s sebou nese potřebu implementace informačních systémů v zahraničních závodech. Efektivní implementace je klíčový úkol manažerů informačních systémů s ohledem na požadavky co nejnižších nákladů, rychlosti implementace a bezproblémového chodu informačního systému. V této diplomové práci přináší autor teoretický pohled na efektivní implementaci informačního systému s ohledem na specifika daných zemí. Krátce zde představí společnost Škoda Auto a.s., informační systém SQS a jeho úlohu v oblasti řízení kvality. Dále se autor zabývá praktickým provedením implementace v závodech na Ukrajině a v Rusku, analyzuje, jak uživatelé systém používají. V poslední části autor představuje své návrhy na optimalizaci informačního systému, které vycházejí z vlastních zkušeností autora v daných závodech a na základě konzultací s manažery ze Škoda Auto a.s..cs
