Abstract
Téma této bakalářské práce je z oblasti československé retribuce po druhé světové válce. Práce se zaměřuje na členy jednotek nacistické organizace SA (Sturmabteilung), souzené u Mimořádného lidového soudu v Liberci v obou retribučních obdobích, tj. v letech 1945-1948. První kapitola se věnuje obecně retribučnímu soudnictví v ČSR a práci libereckého mimořádného lidového soudu. Druhá kapitola stručně nastiňuje historii organizace SA a její činnost na Liberecku. Třetí kapitola statisticky analyzuje soubor výše vymezených souzených podle několika vybraných kritérií, kromě slovního komentáře, tabulek a grafů v textu je celá analýza zachycena i v externí tabulce všech případů. Čtvrtá kapitola přináší podrobnější případové studie sedmi zvolených kauz, vykazujících jisté typické znaky.
The topic of this bachelor's thesis is from the field of Czechoslovak retribution after World War II. The thesis focuses on members of units of the Nazi organization SA (Sturmabteilung), tried by the Extraordinary People's Court in Liberec in both retribution periods, i.e. in the years 1945-1948. The first chapter is generally devoted to retributive justice in Czechoslovakia and the work of the Extraordinary People's Court in Liberec. The second chapter briefly outlines the history of the SA organization and its activities in the Liberec region. The third chapter statistically analyzes the set of those tried above according to several selected criteria. In addition to the verbal commentary, tables and graphs in the text, the entire analysis is also been captured in an external table of all cases. The fourth chapter brings more detailed case studies of seven selected cases, showing certain typical features.
