| dc.description.abstract | The diploma paper presents a complex of theoretical and practical pieces of knowledge, suggestions and solutions necessary for successful communication. In the introduction there is a definition of management and description of modern manager´s working as well. My work is focused on the most important function of management - communication. The theoretical part of the work describes emotional intelligence, communication model, functions of human communication and its motivation. Types of communication, principles of efficient communication and communication between cultures are also described. Readers are informed about Masarykova obchodní akademie in Jičín. In the practical part of my paper the effectiveness of communication between the school and the MOA students is searched. Strengths and weaknesses of this communication are pointed out. An important part of the work is drew conclusion and recommendation of changes, which should conducte to more efficient communication of the school. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce poskytuje ucelený soubor teoretických a praktických poznatků, návrhů a řešení potřebných pro úspěšnou komunikaci. V úvodní části je vysvětlen pojem management, jsou zde popsány funkce moderního manažera. Práce je zaměřena na jednu z nejdůležitějších manažerských funkcí - komunikaci. V teoretické části je popsána emocionální inteligence, komunikační model, funkce lidského komunikování a motivace k němu. Popsány jsou rovněž druhy komunikace, zásady efektivní komunikace a komunikace mezi kulturami. Čtenáři jsou seznámeni s Masarykovou obchodní akademií v Jičíně. V praktické části je zkoumána efektivita komunikace mezi školou a studenty na MOA. Jsou určeny silné a slabé stránky této komunikace. Důležitou částí práce je vyvození závěrů a doporuční změn, které by měly vést k efektivnější komunikaci školy. | cs |
