Abstract
Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na využití metod regresní a korelační analýzy v podnikové praxi. Pomocí těchto statistických metod byly zkoumány vybrané ekonomické ukazatele firmy SIAIS, s. r. o, týkající se odměňování pracovníků. Součástí práce je vymezení teoretického rámce problematiky odměňování a použitých statistických metod. Praktická část práce je věnována aplikaci metod regresní a korelační analýzy na empirická data. V této části práce byly vytvářeny jednotlivé regresní modely vybraných ukazatelů, interpretovány výsledky jednotlivých analýz a vybrány optimální modely. Vybrané optimální modely byly podkladem pro prognózu vybraných ekonomických ukazatelů podniku.
Presented diploma thesis is focused on the use of methods of regression and correlation analysis in business practice. Selected economic indicators related to the remuneration of SIAIS ltd. workers, were examined by these statistical methods. The part of the work is to define the theoretical framework of the issue of the remuneration and used statistical methods. The practical part is devoted to the application of methods of regression and correlation analysis to empirical data. In this part of the work, there were the individual regression models of selected indicators created, the results of the individual analyzes interpreted and the optimal models selected. These selected optimal models became the background for prognosis of selected economic indicators of the company.
