dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování barokní portrétní galerie, zobrazující zakladatelské osobnosti, duchovní autority a dobrodince Řádu zbožných škol, tzv. piaristů, náležející k historickému mobiliáři někdejší piaristické koleje v Kosmonosích u Mladé Boleslavi. Cyklus 20 dosud známých portrétních obrazů (19 spolehlivě určených a jeden hypoteticky) olejů na plátně, vznikl v průběhu první poloviny 18. století a nalézal se v kolejním refektáři. Na většině obrazů se nacházejí dobové přípisy v latině, podávající informace o portrétovaných osobách a jejich zásluhách. Práce zkoumá uvedený soubor portrétů ve snaze zasadit jej do souvislostí historických, v rozsahu současných poznatků o piaristických institucích v Českých zemích a z hlediska dobové výtvarné piaristické produkce. Věnuje se komparaci s podobnými piaristickými památkami v Českých zemích, zaměřuje se rovněž na ikonografický rozbor. Součástí práce je katalog obsahující transliterace a překlady nápisových polí pláten uvedeného cyklu.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the processing of a baroque portrait gallery, depicting the founders, spiritual authorities and benefactors of the Order of Pious Schools, the so-called Piarists, belonging to the historical furniture of the former Piarist college in Kosmonosy near Mladá Boleslav. The cycle of 20 so far known portrait paintings (19 reliably determined and one hypothetical) oil on canvas, was created during the first half of the 18th century and was located in the dormitory refectory. Most of the paintings have period inscriptions in Latin, providing information about the people portrayed and their merits. The thesis examines the said set of portraits in an attempt to place it in the historical context, in the scope of current knowledge about Piarist institutions in the Czech Lands and from the point of view of Piarist artistic production of the time. It is devoted to a comparison with similar Piarist monuments in the Czech lands, it also focuses on an iconographic analysis. Part of the work is a catalog containing transliterations and translations of the inscription fields of the canvases of the mentioned cycle.	en
