Abstract
Práce analyzuje konkrétní případ Oskara Krause a dalších obviněných osob, přičemž klade důraz na vyšetřovací metody StB, roli "agenta-provokatéra" a kontext politických perzekucí této doby.
This bachelor thesis focuses on the regional political process known as "The Nymburk Action", which took place at the turn of the 1940s and 1950s in Czechoslovakia. The thesis analyzes the specific case of Oskar Kraus and other accused persons, emphasizing the StB's investigative methods, the role of the "agent provocateur", and the context of political persecution of the time. Through a detailed analysis of the sources and a comparison of the information obtained from them with the findings presented in the literature, the thesis reconstructs the way in which anti-state groups were artificially created and how the mechanism for producing political trials worked. The aim is to contribute to a deeper understanding of political repression in Czechoslovakia during the so-called founding period of the regime.
