Abstract
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je běh na kolečkových lyžích a zákonitosti s tímto sportem spojené. Pomocí textového podkladu je cílem této práce vytvoření video učebnice právě na téma běhu na kolečkových lyžích. Teoretický základ zde představuje historii běžeckého i kolečkového lyžování a poukazuje na organizaci těchto sportů jak ve světovém, tak domácím měřítku. Dále práce poskytuje vhled do veškerého vybavení, které je pro běh na kolečkových lyžích potřebné nejen pro začátečníky, ale i profesionální sportovce. Stěžejní část práce nabízí rozdělení a popis technik běhu na lyžích včetně metodických postupů a častých chyb při provedení. Prostředky pro vytvoření video učebnice jsou vypsány v další kapitole, která mimo to popisuje i celý proces vedoucí ke konečnému projektu. V praktické části je popsána samotná video učebnice, která je rozdělena do jednotlivých lekcí.
The field of interest of this bachelor's thesis is roller skiing and all the aspects of this sport. With a textual foundation, the aim of this work is to create a video textbook on the topic of roller skiing. Theoretical basis of this work presents the history of cross country skiing and roller skiing also with regard to the organisation of the sport on international and national levels. Additionally this work provides a systematic overview of the equipment needed for roller skiing. The crucial part of the thesis focuses on division and description of individual roller skiing techniques while mentioning methodics and frequent mistakes in execution. The next chapter describes the tools required for realization of the video textbook and follows the video making process. The practical part presents the video textbook itself which is divided into individual lectures.
