Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá agresivním chováním a patologickým jevem šikanování na základních školách. Je zaměřena nejen na popis problematiky, ale také na její řešení, nápravu a prevenci. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část podrobně vymezuje pojmy a příčiny agresivního chování a šikanování. Upozorňuje na všechny překážky, které brání správné a včasné diagnostice šikany. Chyby pedagogů, komplikace ze strany agresorů nebo jejich rodičů. Rozebírá rodinné prostředí a chování všech účastníků šikany, osobnost pedagoga , zmiňuje, co vše se může oběti stát a jaký to může mít pozdější dopad na její život. Navrhuje možné a správné postupy při řešení, vhodné metody a prevenci. A to nejen pro učitele, ale hlavně pro rodiče zúčastněných a samotnou oběť. Praktická část zkoumá vědomosti a zkušenosti pedagogů v dané problematice a hledá nejčastější chyby při postupu řešení šikanování. Výzkum probíhá u 130 pedagogů prvního a druhého stupně.Výsledky výzkumu by měly odhalit připravenost pedagogů a škol na tento problém. Empirická část zahrnuje také metodickou příručku pro pedagogy. Obsahuje stručný popis šikanování, typy a projevy, vyšetřovací postupy a metody, konkrétní dotazníky jak pro oběti tak pro agresory. Dále návrhy vyučovacích hodin s preventivním obsahem, instituce věnující se problematice šikanování, kontakt na ně a seznam doporučené literatury.
The dissertation handles aggressive behaviour and pathologic features of bullying at primary and secondary schools. Its orientation describes both the problems connected with the harassment and their solution, their rectification or prevention. The issue is divided into two parts - The theoretical and the practical one. The theoretical part defines in detail the concepts and reasons of the causes of aggressive behaviour and bullying (harassment). It draws the attention to all obstacles, which prevent a correct diagnosis in time. The mistake of edagogues, complications on the aggressor´s parts or their parents `parts. It analyses the family backgrounds and the behaviour of all participants of the bullying, the personality of the teacher (pedagogue), it mentions, who can become a potential victim of bullying and what may be the future consequences on their lives. The work proposes eventual or correct solutions, convenient methods and prevention. And all that not only for the teacher, but mainly for the parents of the participants involved and their victims. The practical part examines the knowledge and experience of the pedagogues in the given subject and is looking for most common mistakes during the process of resolving the bullying. The research proceeds with 130 pedagogues of primary or secondary schools. The results of this research should reveal the readiness of the pedagogues and schools in solving this problem. The empirical part includes a methodical booklet manual for pedagogues. It contains a brief description of bullying, its types and features, the investigating methods and progress, the concrete questionnaires both for the victims and for the aggressors. Further it proposes lessons with preventive contents, institutions handling the bullying problems, contacts to these institutions and the list of recommended literature.
