dc.description.abstractThe principle aim of this thesis is to evaluate a feasability study which involves the annexation of two tennis courts and a tennis hall on empty available space at the tennis club in the Slovan Liberec area. The work covers tennis history, tennis club analysis by the SWOT analysis, an analysis of the market in Liberec, and the marketing strategy. The project contains technical support with regard to both construction company and material suppliers selection, the club economics including operating results for the year 2005, and material input and its security. The work further addresses project location and its environmental impact, organizational setup, and an operational model which includes new capabilities for innovative developments. The work aslo covers the financial and economic security of the project, and lastly, a charted plan of project implementation. The recommendation to the club is the annexation of two tennis courts based upon minimal investment of its own resources and a return of investment within three years. Annexation of the air-inflated tennis hall is not recommended by virtue of its high imput investment.en
dc.description.abstractHlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit studii proveditelnosti zahrnující přístavbu dvou tenisových dvorců na nevyužitém místě areálu TK Slovanu Liberec a dostavby nafukovací haly. Práce zahrnuje historii tenisu a rozbor tenisového klubu pomocí SWOT analýzy, analýzu trhu v Liberci a marketingovou strategii. Dále technické zajištění projektu z hlediska výběru stavební firmy a dodavatelů materiálů, ekonomickou stránku klubu s hospodářským výsledkem za rok 2005, materiálové vstupy projektu a jejich zabezpečení. V práci je i zahrnuta lokalita projektu a jeho vliv na životní prostředí, organizační uspořádání a model řízení s určením nových kompetencí se vznikem realizovaných záměrů. V neposlední řadě je v práci obsaženo finanční a ekonomické zajištění projektu a nakonec plán implementace projektu obsahující tabulku postupu realizace záměrů. Přístavba dvou tenisových dvorců je klubu doporučena na základě návratnosti investic v tříleté periodě a s minimálním vkladem vlastního kapitálu. Dostavba nafukovací haly klubu doporučena není pro vysokou vstupní investici.cs
