dc.description.abstractThis thesis deals with the development of financial market supervision in the EU and internationally. The main goal is a description of the activities of regulatory institutions during the economic crisis, with emphasis on their effectiveness or shortcomings. The thesis is divided into the five basic levels: The first part deals with the financial markets, their breakdown and institutions participating on them. The second part describes the development of surveillance in the European Union and the Czech Republic. The third part includes implementation of the European law into Czech legislation and list of current laws and regulations relating to the issue. In fourths part I described the situation in European financial markets over the past five years, taking into account the approach of individual regulators. The last, fifth part describes the evolution of regulation non European markets.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá vývojem dohledu nad finančními trhy v mezinárodním měřítku a v EU. Cílem práce je popis činností regulatorních institucí v průběhu hospodářských krizí s důrazem na jejich efektivnost či nedostatky. Diplomová práce je členěna do pěti základních úrovní: První úroveň se zabývá finančními trhy, jejich rozčleněním a institucemi participujícími na nich. Druhá část popisuje vývoj dohledu v rámci Evropské unie a České republiky. Třetí implementaci evropského práva do české legislativy a výčet aktuálních zákonů a vyhlášek týkajících se problematiky. V části čtvrté jsem popsala situaci na evropských finančních trzích za posledních pět let a zohlednila přístup jednotlivých regulatorních orgánů. Poslední, pátá část, popisuje vývoj regulace na jiných než evropských trzích.cs
