Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce na téma "Nástupnický proces ve vybraném rodinném podniku" se zabývá problematikou nástupnictví v konkrétním rodinném podniku. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit současný stav podniku z hlediska předávání a vytvořit vhodné doporučení pro tento krok.
V první části práce jsou vysvětleny pojmy, které se týkají procesu nástupnictví a rodinného podniku, dále pak co je to nástupnický plán a jaké možnosti má zakladatel/současný majitel při předávání podniku.
V druhé části je popsán konkrétní podnik z hlediska dosavadního vývoje a organizační i majetkové struktury. Jsou rovněž popsáni potenciální nástupci podniku a na závěr se v této části nachází doporučení pro předání.
This bachelor thesis on "Succession process in a selected family business" deals with the issue of succession in a specific family business. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the current state of the business in terms of succession and to make appropriate recommendations for this step. The first part of the thesis explains the concepts that relate to the succession process and the family business, then what a succession plan is and what options the founder/current owner has in handing over the business. In the second part, the specific business is described in terms of its development to date and its organisational and ownership structure. Potential successors to the business are also described and finally, recommendations for handover are made in this section.
