Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá zaměstnáváním rizikových skupin v návaznosti na trh práce. V úvodní části je definována problematika lidských zdrojů s postupnou charakteristikou rizikových skupin. Dále jsou vymezeny nejdůležitější faktory, které toto zaměstnávání ovlivňují a je také definován jeho legislativní rámec v prostředí České republiky. Na základě zpracovaných teoretických východisek je provedena analýza krajského trhu práce s následným popisem možností využití nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. V analýze je navázáno na konkrétní podnik, je charakterizováno jeho personální řízení a přístup k rizikovým skupinám. V závěru jsou zpracována doporučení pro jejich zaměstnávání a také modelové využití legislativních nástrojů. Cílem diplomové práce je provedení rešerše odborné literatury a na jejím základě navržení systematického rámce zaměstnávání rizikových skupin, dále také navržení modelového příkladu možnosti využití nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti při zaměstnání rizikových skupin ve vybraném podniku.
This master thesis deals with employment of risk groups on the labour market in the Czech Republic. The final paper is divided into two main parts. The first part is more theoretical and offers an insight into gathered knowledge of human resources in general with further description and characteristic of risk groups that appear on the labour market. The first part also summarizes factors with major impact on employment of risk groups and current legislation covering this issue in the Czech Republic. The second part contains the analysis of the regional labour market situation and a description of options offered by the job centre actively supporting people while searching a job. The second part of this final paper deals with a real situation from an existing company. The department of human resources in the chosen company is described, followed by the characteristic of the attitude towards the employment of risk groups. The master thesis is closed up with recommendations on employing risk groups and examples of usage of legal instruments. The main goals of the diploma thesis are: to define theoretical basis of risk groups in the Czech Republic and on this basis to suggest systematic framework of employment of risk groups on the labour market, in model example to suggest possibilities of use of the legislation covering the issue employing risk groups in the chosen company.
