Abstract
Obsahem této bakalářské práce je analýza emise dluhopisů jako způsob zajištění firemních financí. V bakalářské práci jsou rozebrány možnosti financování podniku a také zdroje financování. Práce se zaměřuje především na dlouhodobé financování společnosti. Je zde charakterizován význam dluhopisu a jeho základní náležitosti, výhody a nevýhody, cena dluhopisu a další pojmy, které souvisejí s tímto cenným papírem. Dále je v bakalářské práci uvedeno rozdělení dluhopisů a obchodování s nimi. Cílem práce je analyzovat pojem dluhopis, a především postup při emisi dluhopisu z pohledu financování podniku. Také je analyzována emise dluhopisů na v České republice a její vývoj. Porovnání způsobů financování podniku pomocí emise dluhopisů s dalšími alternativními zdroji financování, mezi které patří především bankovní úvěr je významnou částí bakalářské práce na téma Emise dluhopisů jako zdroj financování podniku.
The content of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of bond issue as a way of securing corporate finances. The bachelor thesis discusses the possibilities of financing the company as well as sources of financing. Mainly, this work is focused on long-termcompany financing. There are characterized the meaning of debentures, and its essential features, advantages and disadvantages, the price of the bond and other terms which are related to this securities. Furthermore, the bachelor thesis deals with the division of bonds and their trading. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the concept of bond, and especially the procedure for issuing the bond from the point of view of financing the company. Its also analyzes the issue of bonds and its development in Czech Republic. Comparing the ways in which a company is financed by bond issues with other alternative sources of financing, including, in particular, bank credit, is an important part of the bachelor thesis on Issue of Bonds as a source of financing for the company.
