dc.description.abstract	This thesis focuses on the use of information and communication technologies in healthcare. Its goal is to create a comprehensive view of the using and relationship of medical facilities to the ICT in Czech Republic. The thesis contains the latest results of statistical surveys by expert institutions that deal with amenities and using the ICT by doctors, in terms of administration and communication, in the Czech Republic and other countries of EU. By executed research, which was focused on Czech hospitals, the thesis further refers to using the ICT as a tool for process management, strategic decision-making and overall for support of the main activity of the hospital. Other parts deal with process management as the best way to manage ICT, where is explained its principle and described the main features associated with such as process, capability maturity model, reengineering. At the end the thesis suggests the form of the most important processes in the implementation ICT process management, which are configuration management, service level management, incident management and change management.	en
dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na využívání informačních a komunikačních technologií ve zdravotnictví. Jejím cílem je vytvoření komplexního obrazu o používání a vztahu zdravotnických zařízení k ICT v ČR. Práce obsahuje nejnovější výsledky statistických šetření odborných institucí, které se zabývají vybaveností a užívání ICT lékaři, z pohledu administrace a komunikace, v ČR i v ostatních zemích EU. Dále prostřednictvím provedeného průzkumu, který se zaměřil na české nemocnice, práce vypovídá o užívání ICT jako nástroje pro správu procesů, strategické rozhodování a celkově pro podporu hlavní činnosti nemocnice. Ostatní části se věnují procesnímu řízení jako nejlepšímu způsobu pro řízení ICT, kde je vysvětlen jeho princip a jsou popsány hlavní prvky s tím spojené jako např. proces, model zralosti, reengineering. Nakonec práce navrhuje podobu těch nejdůležitějších procesů při implementaci procesního řízení ICT, kterými jsou správa konfigurací, správa úrovně služeb, správa incidentů a řízení změn.	cs
