Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá několika možnými zdroji financování investic a investiční činností podniku. Je zaměřena na vybrané ukazatele efektivnosti investic a měřítka finanční výkonnosti podniku. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda je investice pro společnost efektivní a jaké má dopady na její celkovou finanční výkonnost. První teoretická část se zabývá popisem způsobů financování investic, charakteristikou investic a investiční činností, ukazateli hodnotící efektivnost investic a finanční výkonností společnosti. Druhá praktická část je zaměřena na představení společnosti. Dále jsou zde vypočítány vybrané ukazatele efektivnosti investic a finanční výkonnosti společnosti. V závěrečné části práce je zobrazeno celkové vyhodnocení investice a způsob jejího financování.
The title of this diploma thesis is Economic Evaluation of Investment Project and its Impacts on Financial Performance of a Company. The diploma thesis deals with several possible sources of investment financing and investment activities of the company. It focuses on selected indicators of investment efficiency and measures of financial performance of the company. The aim of this thesis is to find out whether the investment is effective for the company and what are the impacts on its overall financial performance. The final part of this diploma thesis shows the overall evaluation of the investment and the method of its financing.
