Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu bankovního sektoru České republiky v letech 2007 až 2020. Hlavní důraz je kladen na krize, které postihly českou ekonomiku v tomto časovém rozmezí. V první kapitole této práce je popsán hospodářský cyklus a různé teoretické pohledy na toto téma. Druhá kapitola obsahuje analýzu finanční krize z roku 2007, která vznikla ve Spojených státech amerických. Zkoumány jsou především příčiny a následky vzniklé finanční krize. Součástí kapitoly je i současná virová krize. Třetí část práce analyzuje dopady zmíněných krizí na čtyřech vybraných bankách na českém bankovním trhu. Poslední kapitola je věnována současné krizi, kde je nastíněn i její dopad na český realitní trh
The main thesis's focus is an analysis of the banking sector in the Czech Republic from the year 2007 until 2020. Mostly stressed topic is crisis that has had impacted Czech economy in the chosen time period. The first thesis's chapter is describing economic cycle and a variety of theories describing this particular topic. The second chapter consists of a 2007 financial crisis analysis, originating in the United states of America. Causes and consequences of the event of crisis is investigated. Chapter covers the topic of a current virus crisis. The third chapter analyzes impacts of the crises mentioned previously on the example of four banks in the Czech market. Last chapter is about the current crisis impacting, among other things, Czech real estate market.
