Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření příručky pro výuku orientačního běhu na 2. stupni základních škol. Práce se věnuje charakteristice orientačního běhu, věkové charakteristice dětí na 2. stupni ZŠ a využití orientačního běhu v rámci RVP. Součástí práce je anketní šetření mezi žáky 2. stupně ZŠ a mezi učiteli TV na ZŠ. Šetření se účastnilo 107 žáků a 17 učitelů. Na základě výsledků anketního šetření byla vytvořena příručka pro využití orientačního běhu na 2. stupni ZŠ. Příručka obsahuje úvodní prezentaci pro seznámení žáků s orientačním během, soubor orientačních her a cvičení, a také připravené tréninky pro ZŠ v oblasti Lidové sady v Liberci.
The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to create a handbook for teaching orienteering at the upper primary schools. The bachelor thesis includes characteristics of orienteering, age characteristics of children at upper primary school and the use of orienteering within the RVP. Part of this work is a questionnaire survey among pupils and PE teachers of the upper primary school. 107 pupils and 17 teachers participated in this questionnaire survey. Based on the results of the public inquiry, a handbook for use of orienteering at the upper primary school was created. The handbook includes an introductory presentation to acquaint pupils with orienteering , a set of orientation games and exercises, and also prepared map trainings for primary school in Lidové sady in Liberec.
