dc.description.abstract	Práce zkoumá historický pramen vytvořený z rozhovorů a vyprávění potomků šlechtického rodu Schürer von Waldheim. Záznamy kriticky hodnotí a na podkladu souvisejících pramenů a odborné literatury prokazuje nebo vyvrací jejich reálný základ. Následně zasazuje rodinné příběhy do historických souvislostí a kontextu doby. V neposlední řadě porovnává původní a současný stav staveb uvedených ve zkoumaných příbězích. Práce prokazuje příbuzenský vztah vybraných narátorů se šlechtickým rodem Schürer von Waldheim na základě dokladu o změně příjmení ze Schürer na Sokol. Popisuje původ Schürerů sídlících v Postřekově, Mlýnci a Sezemíně a životní příběh posledního příslušníka zkoumané rodové větve, který užíval příjmení Schürer. V další části jsou výzkumu podrobeny záznamy příběhů ze starší historie rodu, které odkazují na význam Schürerů ve sklářství a hutnictví. Konkrétně se jedná o historii sklářské kolonie Waldheim, sklárny v Broumech a železné huti v Dobřívi. Výzkumu bylo podrobeno také tvrzení, že Christoph Schürer von Waldheim vynalezl tzv. modré kobaltové sklo.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The thesis examines a historical source created from interviews and narratives of the descendants of the noble family Schürer von Waldheim. It critically evaluates the records and, based on related sources and scholarly literature, proves or disproves their real basis. It also places the family stories in their historical context and in the context of the historical era. Last but not least, it compares the original and current state of the buildings mentioned in the examined stories. The thesis demonstrates the kinship of the selected narrators with the noble family of Schürer von Waldheim based on evidence of a change of surname from Schürer to Sokol. It describes the origins of the Schürers residing in Postřekov, Mlýnec, and Sezemín and the life story of the last member of the examined family branch who used the surname Schürer. In the next part, records of stories from the earlier history of the family are researched, which refer to the importance of the Schürers in the glass and metallurgy industry. Specifically, the history of the Waldheim glass colony, the glassworks in Broum, and the ironworks in Dobřív. The claim that Christoph Schürer von Waldheim invented the so-called blue cobalt glass has also been investigated.	en
