dc.description.abstractPředmětem bakalářské práce je zkoumání vlivu migrace na cestní ruch v Řecku a návrhy ke zlepšení v těch oblastech, kde zákazníka cestovního ruchu migrace negativně ovlivnila. První část se zabývá teoretickými východisky ke zkoumané problematice. Další část stručně charakterizuje vybranou zemi, vývoj situace v místním cestovním ruchu pod vlivem migrace a celkový průběh migrační krize v Evropě. Nejpodstatnější část tvoří výzkum spokojenosti, jehož úkolem je pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjistit spokojenost zákazníků ve vybrané zemi. Výsledné hodnoty jsou založeny na subjektivních pocitech a osobních zkušenostech respondentů, kteří za období migrační krize zemi navštívili. Výsledky výzkumu dají vzniknout návrhu doporučení k dané problematice v závislosti na charakteru výsledků.cs
dc.description.abstractThe subject of the Bachelor thesis is the research into the influence of migration on tourism in Greece and suggestions for improvement in the areas, where customers of tourism were affected negatively by migration. The first part deals with the theoretical background to the examined issues. The following part describes the selected country, the development of the situation in the local tourism under the influence of migration and the overall progress of the migration crisis in Europe. The most important part focuses on the research of customer satisfaction in the selected country. The resulting values are based on the subjective feelings and subjective experiences of the respondents who visited the country during the period of migration crises. Based on the character of the results, the draft of recommendations on the issue was created.en
