Abstract
Obsahem bakalářské práce je analýza dluhopisů, jako jedné z možností zajištění firemních financí. Bakalářská práce charakterizuje finanční strukturu podniku se zaměřením zejména na cizí zdroje financování společnosti. Podrobně je zde analyzována problematika dluhopisu. Bakalářská práce charakterizuje základní náležitosti dluhopisu, pojmy související s dluhopisy a rozdělení dluhopisů. Dále práce pojednává o obchodování s dluhopisy. Je zde analyzována problematika emise dluhopisů. Cílem práce je charakterizovat situaci na českém trhu v oblasti emise podnikových dluhopisů a zároveň ji porovnat se situací na trhu Eurozóny. Práce má za cíl identifikovat možné vlivy, které ovlivňují rozhodování podniků v oblasti získávání dodatečných finančních zdrojů.
The content of the bachelor thesis is analysis of bonds as the one of the choice securing corporate finances. Bachelor thesis defines financial structure of the corporate with orientation to the external sources of corporate financing. Problems of bonds is there analyses in the details. Bachelor thesis defines basic requirements of the bonds, terms which connecting with the bonds and divides the bonds. The next part of the thesis discusses bonds trading. Problems of issue bonds is there analyses. The objective of the thesis is define the situation on the Czech market in the area of issue the corporate bonds and as well compares the situation with the situation on the Euro area. The thesis has the objective identify possible effects that influence decisions of corporate in the area of gaining additional financial sources.
