Abstract
Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení postavení a činností investičního controllingu ve vybraném podniku. Cíle je dosaženo pomocí rozboru jednotlivých činností investičního controllingu a navržení opatření na základě získaných poznatků. Teoretická část je věnována vysvětlení základních pojmů související s investičním controllingem a investičním procesem. Praktická část se zabývá rozborem jednotlivých činností investičního controllingu ve vybraném podniku. Tento rozbor je na závěr doplněn o navrhovaná řešení k zefektivnění procesů, které jsou v kompetenci investičního controllingu.
The goal of this diploma thesis is the evaluation of position and activities of controlling in a selected company. The goal is by means of achieved through the analysis of particular activities of investment controlling and proposed measures on acquired information. Theoretical section deals with explanation of fundamental terms related to the investment controlling and investment process. Empirical section focuses on the analysis of particular activities of investment controlling within the selected company. Conclusion summarizes the results including suggestions for increase in efficiency of processes, which are in the competence of investment controlling.
