dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá zaměstnaneckou etikou ve vybrané mezinárodní společnosti. Pro přiblížení zkoumaného tématu jsou v teoretické části práce vysvětlena, s důrazem na zaměstnaneckou etiku, teoretická východiska pojmů, jako jsou podnikatelská etika, etické problémy, etická kultura, etické řízení a manažerská etika. Cílem práce je zhodnotit vnímání etické kultury, stav zaměstnanecké etiky a míru dodržování etického kodexu ve vybrané společnosti a v případě zjištěných nedostatků navrhnout opatření, která by vedla ke zlepšení uplatňování etického řízení ve společnosti. Výzkum je proveden prostřednictvím anonymního dotazníkového šetření v elektronické podobě a rozhovoru. Výsledky výzkumu etiky zaměstnanců a etické kultury ve vybrané mezinárodní společnosti jsou uvedeny a analyzovány v praktické části této práce a v závěru práce jsou výsledky shrnuty a vyhodnoceny.cs
dc.description.abstractThis master thesis deals with employee ethics in a selected international company. To better understand the researched topic, the theoretical part of the thesis explains, with emphasis on employee ethics, the theoretical background of concepts such as business ethics, ethical issues, ethical culture, ethical management, and managerial ethics. This thesis aims to evaluate the perception of ethical culture, the state of employee ethics, and the degree of compliance with the code of ethics in the selected company, and in case of identified shortcomings, to propose measures that would lead to improvement of the application of ethical management in the company. The analytical research is carried out through an anonymous questionnaire survey in electronic form and an interview. The research results on employee ethics and ethical culture in the selected international company are presented and analyzed in the practical part of this thesis and at the end of the thesis, the results are summarized and evaluated.en
