Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahy mezi zdravými sourozenci a sourozenci s poruchou autistického spektra. Autismem je zasažena celá rodina, vztahy v rodině jsou vždy narušeny, včetně těch sourozeneckých. Sourozenec se tak stává objektem sociální práce, protože nežije v běžné rodině a vztahy v ní nejsou běžné. Cílem práce je zjistit u zdravého sourozence jeho/její subjektivní vnímání své role a subjektivní popis své pozice v rodině. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a empirické. V teoretické části je definován autismus, rodina, rodina s dítětem s poruchou autistického spektra a poslední kapitola je věnována zdravému sourozenci, jeho pozici v rodině, vztahům mezi sourozenci a možnostem podpory pro zdravé sourozence. V empirické části je popsána metodologie, kterou je kvalitativní metoda narativního rozhovoru. Rozhovory byly vedeny se zdravými sourozenci. Následně je popsán postup a jednotlivé kroky výzkumného šetření. Výsledky jsou shrnuty do jednotlivých časových období a na závěr jsou uvedená navrhovaná opatření pro sociální práci.
The bachelor thesis deals with the relationship between healthy siblings and siblings with autism spectrum disorder. The whole family is affected by autism, family relationships are always disturbed, including the siblings. The sibling becomes the social work subject because he does not live in an average family and the relationships in it are not common. The aim of this work is to find out his / her subjective perception of his / her role and subjective description of his / her position in the family. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. Autism, family, family with autism spectrum disorder child is defined in the theoretical part. The last chapter is devoted to the healthy siblings, their role in the family, sibling relationships and the healthy sibling support possibilities.The empirical part describes the methodology, which is the qualitative method of narrative interview. The interviews were conducted with the healthy siblings followed by the procedure and individual steps of the research. The results are summarized in individual time periods and finally the proposed measures for social work are presented.
