Abstract
Bakalářská práce zkoumá oblast konfliktních zájmů ve městě Lázně Bělohrad. Existuje specifický místní konflikt mezi soukromým a veřejným sektorem? Veřejný sektor zastupuje Město Lázně Bělohrad a soukromý sektor zastupuje společnost Lázně Bělohrad a.s. V praktické části práce je problematika možného konfliktu řešena na základě rozhovorů se zástupci z obou výše jmenovaných sektorů. Následně práce poukazuje, jak se promítá spolupráce mezi veřejným a soukromým sektorem do praktického života občanů. Na vzájemnou spolupráci obou subjektů je nahlíženo ze strany spolupodílení při pořádání kulturních akcí ve městě Lázně Bělohrad.
Bachelor thesis investigates the field of conflict-laden interests in the town of Lázně Bělohrad. Is there a kind of specific local conflict between the public and private sector? The public sector is represented by the Town of Lázně Bělohrad and the private sector is represented by the company Lázně Bělohrad a.s. In the practical part of the thesis, the issue of possible conflict is addressed on the basis of interviews with representatives from both of the above-mentioned sectors. Subsequently, the thesis shows how the cooperation between the public and private sector is reflected in the practical life of citizens. The cooperation between the two entities is viewed from the perspective of participation in the organisation of cultural events in the town of Lázně Bělohrad.
