Abstract
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na metody hodnocení ekonomické výkonnosti společnosti Ing. Josefa Heřmanského. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První teoretická část se věnuje vymezení pojmu výkonnost a jednotlivým metodám hodnocení se zaměřením na ukazatele finanční analýzy a pyramidový rozklad. V druhé části jsou popsané metody aplikovány na již zmíněném podniku. V závěru jsou navržena doporučení k zjištěným problémům s cílem zlepšit výkonnost podniku v budoucnosti.
The thesis is focused on the methods of the evaluation of economic performance of the company Ing. Josef Heřmanský. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part deals with the definition of performance and different methods for evaluating focusing on indicators of financial analysis and pyramid decomposition. In the second part methods are applied to the company. In conclusion, recommendations to identified problems are recommended to improve business performance in the future.
