| dc.description.abstract | This bachelor´s thesis deals with the evaluation of orthopedic surgery in terms of self-sufficiency of patients. It focuses on two most common orthopedic operations - aloplastic of hip joint and knee arthroscopy. Thesis contains two parts: theoretical and research. The theoretical part describes the course of these two interventions and refers to the diseases leading to this interventions. It defines the term self-sufficiency in terms of how it is perceived by nursing. The research part maps the development of self-sufficiency of patients before these interventions and during the subsequent post-operative period. Resulting data are compared and evaluated (including conclusions and recommendations) in the closing discussion. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením ortopedických operací z hlediska soběstačnosti nemocných. Zaměřuje se na dvě nejčastější ortopedické operace, a to na aloplastiku kyčelního kloubu a artroskopii kloubu kolenního. Teoretická část popisuje průběh těchto dvou výkonů a zmiňuje se o nemocech, které k nim vedou. Dále definuje pojem soběstačnost z pohledu, jak ji vnímá obor ošetřovatelství. Výzkumná část mapuje vývoj soběstačnosti u nemocných před těmito výkony a v následném pooperačním období. Diskuze pak výsledná data hodnotí, porovnává je a vyvozuje z nich závěry a doporučení. | cs |
